our time is precious we make the most of it, the most of every opportunity, the most of every product and the most of our talents. that’s how we make the most delicious cinnamon buns in the world.

in ourselves as individuals, we believe in cultural add, not cultural fit. in turn this allows us to be authentic with our customers. finally but just as importantly, we are authentic in our process of creating our buns and with the ingredients that we use.

we are kind to ourselves and in turn those that are around us. we don’t just stand by when other need help or support. we speak to each other with compassion and respect and most importantly we actively look where we can add moments of joy to our and others days.

we are a community

we integrate with our communities and we understand the power of them, after all we wouldn’t be here without one and therefore we treat our guests as if they were our neighbours. our bakeries house communities not cliques and we work as one, everyone has an integral part to play.

we rise

we grasp every opportunity with both hands and in doing so you rise with us. we grow vigorously whilst rooted in our origins, with that we are always progressing forward….even when it’s not the easiest path to take.
