Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Food Production Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on a production line, handling food products, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene are met. Key Responsibilities:

· Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.

· Handle food products, ensuring all hygiene and safety regulations are followed.

· Conduct quality control checks and report any issues to the supervisor.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and health & safety regulations.

· Contribute to packing, labelling, and storing finished products.

· Manage stock rotation, receiving and storage of goods.

· Be willing to assist in various sections of the business when necessary

· Able to engage with heavy lifting

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.

· Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations (training will be provided).
