About the Role:

Apply your pastry skills to our signature creams production! We are recruiting for a passionate individual to join our Cream's Production team full-time. Located in Dephna Kitchens in North Acton, accessible from the Central line, our production kitchen is the heart of Buns From Home producing for all 25 of our sites. If you have a passion for pastry and the drive to work in a production kitchen then you might be just what we are looking for.

Experience required:

You have 1-2 years experience working with pastry or working in Production kitchens

You have worked in batch production and are comfortable lifting up to 25kg

Responsibilities:

· Craft every product with precision, adhering to our cherished recipes and ensuring consistent quality.

· Ensure food safety by adhering to first in first out and checking expiry dates.

· Record stock numbers meticulously, ensuring that we never compromise on quality.

· Ensure that product quality is always maintained, and every product algins our high standards.

· Follow established hygiene practices to support food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

· Collaborate, communicate, and thrive in our vibrant team

Shift Patterns:

A flexible week, spanning Mondays to Sundays. You'll be with us for 5 days, either bright and early from 08:00 to 5:00 pm or starting the day at 09:00 am, wrapping up at 6:00 pm.
