Team LeaderPosition Overview: As a Team Leader for Buns From Home Bakery, you play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of the bakery during your shifts. You&#39;ll step up as the leader in their absence, making certain that both our team and our customers experience the excellence and warmth that defines our brand. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>· Coordinate team roles during shifts, balancing workload and optimizing productivity</li><li> · Ensure that service standards and cleaning schedules are upheld consistently during your shifts.</li><li>· Manage opening and closing procedures for the bakery during your shifts.</li><li>· Impart knowledge and best practice for newer team members.</li><li>· Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints, ensuring they have a positive experience</li><li>· Oversee the maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas</li><li>· Monitor inventory levels during your shifts and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the manager</li><li>· Communicate any significant incidents, feedback, or operational challenges to the Site Bakery Lead post-shift.</li><li>· Assist in documenting daily sales, wastage, and other operational data as needed.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Experience: * Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the food &amp; beverage sector* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in a food service environment.* Effective communication and team collaboration skills.* Demonstrable capability in handling operational challenges with a calm and efficient approach.
